Syringa josee is a dwarf reblooming lilac of compact rounded habit. Syringa x bloomerang is hardy in zones 4 to 7. The compact mounded form fits easily into any landscape as an ideal foundation planting in a mixed shrub border or as a focal point in a perennial bed. It grows 4 to 6 feet in both height and spread and has lavender flowers.Syringa x meyeri josee is hardy in zones 2 to 8. Meyeri one of its parents but with a reblooming tendency especially in the fall which is more typical of littleleaf lilac another one of its parents. Il est issu de l hybridation des syringa velutina microphylla et meyeri. It is not known to exist in the wild.
